Iguana Hunt Was So Successful I Made It To Show And Tell

A Family Adventure: Hunting Iguanas in the Canals

I’ve got an exciting crew today – a dad and his two kids. They’re big-time hunters from out west, ready to tackle some Florida iguanas. I’m stoked to show them the ropes and see how they do.

Right off the bat, the kids show some serious skill. They’re taking aim like seasoned pros. I mean, who knew I’d be mentoring future sharpshooters? It’s always a thrill to introduce people to the outdoors and hunting.

Of course, Otto’s here to lend a paw. He’s a natural-born hunter, but even he’s having a bit of trouble with the glare off the water today. He’s got a couple of close calls, but he’s still a good boy.

It’s more than just a hunt. We’re helping to control the iguana population and protect the local ecosystem. Every iguana we remove on our Florida Iguana Hunts is a small win for Florida’s wildlife.

I love seeing families out together, enjoying the outdoors and creating lasting memories. These guys are a perfect example of that. They’re having a blast, and I’m proud to be a part of their adventure. At the end of the day, we’ve got a good haul of iguanas and a whole lot of laughs. It’s moments like these that make this job truly rewarding.
